We had an sugar ant problem recently, gave them a call and because of a cancellation they were able to come out that day. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, explained what he was going to do and did a great job. The next day, no more ants. We are also covered for 3 months in case we need them to come back out for any reason. What I like best is you are not held to quarterly contract. They call back in 3 months and if you don't need service, you are not charged. Would highly recommend.
