• I was never communicated with both times they could not meet the scheduled timeframe. I only knew of the schedule change because no one showed up prompting me to contact them.
• They were price-gouging me with trying to charge $250 for a part that costs less than $50(granger.com $46.50 for brass; $8.25 for chrome).
• They were using bait-and –switch tactics, telling me the cost is $215 on my initial call but then changing it to $550 because it’s after-hours, even though it was only after hours because they showed up almost 2 hours later than the time they originally scheduled.
