Nicholas went over the details of the work to be done to replace my hot water heater prior to starting the work. He also asked pertinent questions to be sure that any other problem besides the leaking water heater would be fixed if needed. Explained to me why things would be done. The work was done quickly with the smallest disturbance and mess. The work area was perfectly clean when he was done. The installation was professionally done and done correctly.
