Josh and Remy gave exceptional service to us! We had a clogged drain in our laundry room sink - not only did Remy take our information and get it to Josh in a timely manner, she also explained the pricing structure and what to expect from their tech. When Josh came, he looked at the problem, explained what he felt was going on with it, how he would correct it and the price. Within 30 to 45 minutes, the problem was solved. Reasonable price, excellent service - I'd certainly recommend Zoom!
