This was my first visit to Dr. Cerniglia's office, after being away from the dentist for nearly 10 years! Needless-to-say, I was a little bit nervous. But all that changed very soon. I cannot tell you how overjoyed I was to have such wonderful people take care of me. I am 62 years old and have some health issues, all of which were addressed with the utmost of confidence and respect. My hygienist was positively the sweetest girl with an absolute tender touch. I didn't feel a thing. I had a bunch of x-rays done and was so pleased to learn, that I only had 2 cavities and no further problems.
After the cleaning, Dr. C came in and introduced himself. He explained everything to me, and listened to what I had to say. He was polite, very up-to-date on technology, and exuded confidence. He was simply wonderful too! The staff was so experienced and polite, and knew exactly what they were doing when it came to filing for insurance. I could go on and on, but I must get back to work. In closing, let me just say that my overall experience from the time I walked in the door, to the time I walked out, was a most delightful experience! This place is the BEST ever!
