I purchased shampoo and condition 16 days ago at my first appointment with Salon Dacota. The stylist was nice, but not a good stylist. To look this bad it cost me over $200.00 the color is fading around my face, the cut was a mess.i have hair cut uneven, ends ar dry and the product referred to me by her wa #52.00. The first time I tried the conditioner it was so thick and the pump didn’t work. Took it back and they let me get. Another conditioner. This one the pump did work but the product did nothing for my hair. I couldn’t blow dry,ouldn’t roll it, it was cut wrong and it laid wrong and always was flat. I returned the product today and was told they only do exchanges, they don’t do refunds. I asked why they don’t tell the customers this or print on our receipt and the manager just shrugged. She said I could talk with the owner, and she said the same thing so I said I would do the exchange and every day I would be i and exchange for something else. The owner said this one time they wou,d credit my card. Within 30 seconds it was completed. This shop. Ever has customers in there except one or two at the most. Within 16 days I have been there 3 times and never saw more than s people once and none second time and one the third time. lol I can say is Buyer be ware! A huge disappointment! more
