We had a minor sewer backup. AVH sent technician Brian S. first thing the next morning. Brian is very knowledgeable, and seems to truly enjoy his work, which is very refreshing! Starting with a 2 inch cutter, he progressed to 4 inches, and then 6 inches, and used video camera inspection to make sure that our line was thoroughly cleaned. We appreciated the amount and informativeness of his communication with us. A very minor complaint is that he left water running in the basement utility tub. Also, AVH is not cheap. We had a $20 coupon, but the cost of service was still $500.00. I'm deducting a star for that reason.
