Cant rate a 5 star as no one is perfect, however this company is so close to perfection.
We have had several leaks in our old home with our copper piping. DB's not only makes same day ( and sometimes with in 2 hours of our phone call) visits and repairs, but they communicate clearly what to expect and when to expect the technicians arrival. This is huge for me as a former Customer Service Trainer. The communication is unbelievable and so vital for worried homeowners with a flooded basement. Always professional in appearance and the respect their technicians show to a homeowners property is fantastic. Prices are reasonable and work is great. I don't want any more plumbing expenses, but am glad to know this company is literally a phone call away. thank you DB's
