I am a parrot owner too and am concerned about the loss (misplacement) of a clients parrot while left in their establishment for care.
Concerning the type of care and business they represent, are they expeditiously assisting the client In the location of their beloved pet? Being cooperative and respectful with the owner. It is evident as it has been over 2 months and the client is still waiting and wondering without answers. To have misplaced a pet is one thing, responsibility and attitude is another. This establishment must take the appropriate action in locating the missing parrot. Many others in the bird/parrot community are effected/pained by this horrible event.
