Had an appointment scheduled with them through Sears protection plan. We had an appointment scheduled and they canceled two days prior to appointment because they decided not to work after a holiday. Everyone re-arranged their plans to be available so they forced everyone to do this for nothing. When they did come, the worker was rude and incompetent. He did not know what he was doing and was on the cell phone being guided by someone. He did not explain the problem and was very unapologetic. He wants you to sign papers without any sort of acknowledgement that he knows what he is doing. Avoid this company! more
