Service All-Stars SCAM 12/27/2018

Run as fast as you can from the Service All star scam!! I purchased new system from them in 2016 with many delays and deceitful scams. I have not been able to obtain a serial number or model number of the unit they installed. I had an independent contractor assess the recent issues of the system not working and they indicated that it is missing a blower motor cover where the door switch was bypassed leading to a possible combustible air with a CO2 leak? Contractor indicated that any reputable HVAC contractor would immediately fix this since it is a major safety issue and could put their license at risk. I contacted Service all stars immediately before Christmas and they could not set up a service call until today December 27 between 10-12 noon. They never showed and when I called to see why they did not show they said they left several calls for me which was a big lie. They still were not able to tell me the serial number or model number of unit and it is nowhere to be found on the unit anywhere? Please also check the status of their license 998185 with the contractor’s license board. As of December 27 2018 it says license expired 10/31/2018 =This license is expired and not able to contract at this time. Pending disciplinary action more
