These are the best fitness classes I’ve EVER taken. They push me to work harder and focus on my form, but at the same time let me do this within my own limits. At 200 pounds, I am prone to lower back and knee issues and yet I can complete 3-4 classes a week while drenched in sweat by the end of each class. AND I feel like these classes have even improved my lower back. I have way less issues now that I’ve improved my core strength and stretch properly. Win-win!
