Kurt and Carol were amazing in fitting me with a new ReSound hearing aid for my left ear. I have been using a 10 yr. old one in my right ear and got this for both ears to have a balance for better hearing. And in case my old aid fails, I will have one in my left ear. The follow ups were great too. Kurt checked and adjusted my new aid and added a little higher volume. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants a trusted hearing company.
