I'm shocked they are still in business. They do not pay their maintenance people, so if something goes wrong with your rental, it will take them forever to get it fixed. I went a week straight without electricity in half my apartment. Circuits were being blown constantly. It was a duplex, so both me and my neighbor were complaining constantly. Instead of fixing the problem, I received constant harassing calls from Mary's secretary telling me I needed to use less electricity. I worked 60 hour weeks and when I was at home I would sit in the dark with only a TV on to avoid blowing circuits. We went over 30 days total without hot water. Both me and my roommates cars could be parked in the drive way before we signed the lease. After, they told me they made a mistake and I would need to park somewhere else. There was no street parking. Every time I thought I have worked out a solution with them, I would randomly get a call from them telling me I need to move my car or get towed, like we had never spoken to them before. Mary puts in a lot of effort to not do her job. I only called when I needed electricity and hot water. They were calling me constantly demanding that we use less electricity (I was already using very little) or that they were going to tow my car when my lease said nothing about the number of cars we could or could not have (they confirmed several times that two cars were fine before signing the lease) or how much electricity we could use. My experience with this company was a nightmare. The homeowner switcher management companies after we moved out.
