After tech admitted the car might not have been completed. I then dealt with the owner Tom what i expected in return. He doesn't take ownership of their work, and because i didn't report it soon enough (because my car sat for a few weeks before i was able to take it to tuner (they can't burn chips at speed). At the end of the day, i've read through reviews, and he's got some smart answer for every negative review. I was referred by a close friend of his on top of it, and he treated me like i'm just some schmuck. After speaking to others in the area, it has a bad reputation locally in Chicagoland. Sure, they hit the nail on the head enough to say they are good, and keep business. They don't own when they truly mess things up.
