If this is for the delivery of gas, the person did a fine job except he forgot to turn the tank back on. If it is the service call to have the pilot light turned on, the serviceman did everything possible, but was unable to fix the problem. It was the new glass we received from the manufacturer that is the problem. Otherwise, he did an excellent job trying to solve the problem.
