I recently moved to Louisville from Detroit and decided to take advantage of a Groupon to try some kickboxing. I have always wanted to tryout kickboxing but just have never found time to commit to it.
This gym was more than I could ever ask for. The instructors are extremely supportive and friendly. They encourage you and help ensure you are using to correct techniques so you don't injure yourself. There is a HUGE sense of community, which has been great since moving to a new area. They try and engage you so that you feel comfortable while working out. I would HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!
