Within 30 minutes after I called the co, Nathan came over and within a few minutes, diagnosed the problem and gave me an exact cost to repair the unit. He also showed me a badly corroded conduit in back of the furnace which I never would have noticed and was definitely a carbon monoxide hazard, which cost just a little more to replace. I was so appreciative of Nathan for doing such a thorough inspection and preventing a real health hazard for my family. Basically Nathan did a great job and I will always call the company for future repairs and recommend to those I know to do the same.
