Vet experience is good, they do a good job checking my pet.
Customer service is a scam. Last year I paid in cash, counted out the money and handed it over. When they recounted, $20 came up missing. So I gave them an extra $20 thinking maybe I counted wrong. This year, because I had my hands full with my pet who was scared, I handed $200 in twenties that I had pre allocated, expecting the extra back. When I didn't get anything back, they "claimed" I had paid the exact amount.
I don't know how they can get away with blatant stealing. I'm never returning and suggest any customers to watch your money!!!
