They installed two dishes for us. One worked but the tech didn’t know how to set up the tv and sound bar. The 2nd dish didn’t work and they wouldn’t send anyone to fix it. Told us to find a tech on Craig’s list. Had to get Direct TV tech out to fix everything. Don’t recommend them at all
