They will effectively go to ANY lengths even holding your deposit hostage in order to black mail you into changing your bad review into good. A warning to all tenants. They will never be more responsive then three minutes after leaving a bad review. Have a leak? They will call in an hour. Leave a bad review? They will call in seconds. The reason reviews are good is because they are coercing people into changing them and now that we are safely away I will be honest. They claimed they were holding nearly a thousand dollars after they LEGALLY owed it back because of ONE tiny mess. Luckily we photographed everything and I encourage you all to call HOMELINe they have FREE lawyers who will help you file against this company if you need. My lawyer has recorded phone calls of Amy asking me to change my review if she gave me my check back. Even calling again saying she didn't see my review changed. That is COERCION and it is ILLEGAL.
If the other paid reviews are true than they offer varied service depending on their opinion of you because when I called about a leak PAM treated me like acum she could barely stand being on the phone with and even hung up on me. The office staff (minus billing she was very kind) hates poor people and IS discriminatory. If you can live
anywhere else don't rent here. We found somewhere so much better. Also their laundry machines will add $4 each time and they will not refund you.
Every other Google review I have left is positive so know it's not out of anger, I have moved a lot in mg life and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had (and I remained calm cool and collected so they didn't treat me this way because I treated them that way)
