Would rate no stars if I could. Kim Lapierre was the most unhelpful, rude person ever. Tried to apply for a home loan. Everything we submitted was wrong, according to her, and highly criticized. Apparently she couldn't bother with us. Maybe our loan amount wasn't high enough??
