Service got off on a wrong foot when the service date wasn't relayed correctly. Additionally, I requested Daniel to do the work and somebody else was sent. Nicholas was okay and in fact helped my wife resolve a thermostat programming issue, but I still prefer Daniel. I think the most important job of any company is the person at the phone who has direct contact with the costumers and if they aren't on the ball it can ruin a well established customer/company relationship.
