My father passed in Feb of 2018, He had already purchased his headstone and I just needed somebody to care the date he died. I contacted them in May and they said no problem they would do it. Nothing was ever done so I called in Sept. Was told it had been too hot but since it was now getting cooler they would get it done. Checked this past weekend and nothing. I was told that now it is too cold. Total failure.
