I have unfortunately had to cancel my appointment due to no loaner car available. The woman on the other end made me feel as if I made a horrible mistake. I asked her to reschedule me for when a loaner car was available and her response was, "now?" I said, yes please. She then said you have an appointment on December ___ and that was it. I asked her what time and also told her it would be great to verify if that was a good date for me. This would be the third time I have had to talk to someone with a very similar voice on the service line and she really needs to take customer service skills.
