Had issue with toilet today. Called SP and they sent Jason Hendricks to my house this morning. Jason was very polite and encouraging that he could fix my problem. He is an excellent listener and very patient with me as I explained the issue. He went right to work and had my issue fixed in a very short period of time. I really enjoyed his time here today, so easy to work with.
I realize that Jason doesn't have anything to do with pricing for SP, but I thought the price was a little high for service call and actual work that was done.
