Terrible Customer Service 11/10/2018

Awful experience... Coordinated my son to be at our home to meet a technician between 10am and 2pm. as my wife was out of town and I at work. My son arrived at 9am. Around 11am I began receiving calls and also a email from Donnelly stating technicians said no one is home. These multiple calls and email were sent in a 10-15 time minute window. My son, his GF and my grandson were all there. Additionally I have 2 dogs who will bark when a pen drops and always run to the door on any type of a knock!! None of this occurred. I question what the Technician did to notify my son he was there. I have had numerous visits in the past from other service providers and you always heard a loud knock and/or multiple knocks...again had this occurred the dogs would surely have brought this to our attention. Whats most disturbing was the the followup conversation with the Customer Service staff. My wife ...who was also notified..called Donnelly from out of town and reassured them my son was at house. When we asked her to call my son to confirm the address and his availabilty.... her response was " We've called enough numbers already" I guess calling my wife and I was too much for them!! SERIOUSLY???? Wonderful customer service training ...LMAO Side note...In the past I have always found my dealings with their office to be short and curt additionally they seem to only want to force you into additional services instead of dealing with the specific issue I called about. Isn't this what a service call is?? Anyway...Many other better options for service in the area. Be wary of Donnelly!! more
