Joe G. discovered the problem with my generator promptly, despite it being the first time he's ever experienced this problem in his many years. He is friendly, knowledgeable and a nice guy. While he replaced the parts and ran his tests, he gave me a lot of tips on simple things I can do to help extend the life of my generator.
