Website looked legit, so i place a small order for a custom necklace. charge went through great, and after 2 weeks i reached out to find a status, no response. Now 3 weeks later i have left 5 messages and email 3 times. ole Mr. Bob just refuses to respond to any for of communication. Terrible customer service, terrible response. submitted a fraud report to bank and just wanted to warn the public.
