I ordered a bag in May 2018 and finally received a bag on October 2018, after many inquiries on my part. The bag received was missing the required strap since it is a cross body bag and was the wrong colour.
This is obviously a poorly run business with lacklustre customer service.
Do not waste your money like I did by ordering from Danflowfashion online....You will regret it!!!!
