When my hot water heater gave out, I called ER Plumbing, based on neighbor recommendations. Jason H arrived and told me my water heater was leaking. The threads appeared to be rusted and the elements were likely water damaged. At his recommendation, I decided to get a new one that could be installed that day. The new heater plus installation and tax came to $1600. It's possible I could have saved $ by going through Home Depot and their contracted installers, but I needed hot water quickly, and I trusted that ER would do the job right. Jason was helpful and friendly, and so far, the new hot water heater is working great!
