Dr. Stiles and his staff are always highly professional and easy to work with. Not long ago, I had a problem with my glasses (caused by rough wear and tear) that I was hoping that I could get fixed just before leaving Ft. Smith on a trip. So, on a long shot, I stopped by Dr. Stiles' office, even though I knew that it was past the office's official closing time. When I got there, the office was closed (as expected), but he happened to be onsite. He let me in and fixed my glasses!
