Let me start by saying I have 3 young children, 3 GreatDane dogs, 12 year old carpet, and it hasn't been professionally cleaned in almost 5 years (I have a Bissell Big Green Deep Cleaning Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner that I use about every 9 months to a year). I found it very easy to call Sears and make an appointment to have my carpets cleaned. Sears was able to come out on the day and even the time that I requested. The technician was very professional and explained the process and the possible results to me. I truly wasn't expecting the carpets to come out almost new looking. He was able to get almost all the spots out. It looks absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely use them again.
