3 yrs, 3 different management teams! Lots of break-ins and car thefts, yet, no real security on the property. Recently, I noticed that there were more "suspicious" tenants moving in. I'm not sure if they are accepting housing vouchers, now, but it would be a good idea to ask. I moved out in August. Upon move out, although your utilities are paid, monthly, with your rent, management fabricates all of these extra charges and claims that they arearrages. You only pay "arrears" if you did NOT make a payment. I got 3, different, quotes as final bills! When I went to the office with the payment receipts for my rent, including all utilities and pointed out the, obvious, billing errors I was told to "pay what you think you owe us and we will get the rest through collections." Horrible, new manager. Very smug and rude. So, although it LOOKS nice on the outside, shady neighbors, crime, dishonest management, and the constant flipping of the property makes it a terrible place to live.
