rob came to our house to determine cause of water leak in our basement. we had been unable to isolate the problem but were pretty sure it had to be something to do with the geo. rob searched all the obvious places but no results. finally he checked the external drain pipe and found it to contain a wad of dust and lint buildup that was creating a backup whenever an excessive amount of water was discharged. he cleaned the drain pipe and fixed it so the water would drain easier. problem solved. great service!
