Was not happy with the inspection - before hiring David Jolly I discussed that I wanted a thorough inspection since I've had back luck with previous inspection. The day of inspection he was on time, hw stopped to answer my questions and sent a report quickly after. About a month after I moved in and found several things that were damaged or not working; two bedroom ligh/fans did not work (not even the light worked in one of the rooms), a facet in BM leaked, a window fogged, and the worst the pool equipment was broken. I had to replace both fans because they were older and did not have replacement part. During my initial conversation I told him I had a pool and needed someone knowledgeable about pools i paid a lot of money for this inspection and now have to pay for someone to fix all the things he missed. i sent him an email and it took him a while to answer. I understand that things can brak however there are many things that are broken and only a few weekd from inspection. I would not recommend him.
