Dylan is an excellent technician. He serviced and cleaned the furnace, replaced broken parts made sure the area was clean when he left. Throughout the process he clearly explained what he was doing and why, asked me questions regarding the my sense for how the system was functioning and if I had any other questions, issues or concerns. He is intelligent and professional and appeared committed to doing an excellent job and to provide equally excellent customer service. Finally, I find the techs at Unique to be the best I've ever worked with over the past 15+ years.
