My consultation and surgery went well. But, I believe my review is about the office staff.
1. I always thought they made me feel I shouldn't have called and asked a question
2, My surgery dates at Rex (7/7) and Wake (8/11) were really never explained. I changed my location for the 7/7 surgery and had instructions for Wake.
3. When I called about the eye drops for the second surgery, very nasty the person said if you check your bottles they were for the 2 surgeries.
4. They never returned my phone calls
