Last week Christopher came to install my new dishwasher and ran into a problem with my old dishwasher connections. He said he would have to fix my connections and had to come back. The following Thursday he was at the door saying he figured out a way to fix it and not cost me any extra. That made me very happy. He was very nice and very careful to not damage anything while doing the install. He answered all my million questions with such patience and friendliness. It was very refreshing to have that kind of professionalism and respect in todays world. You can bet I will be referring Lanthorn plumbing to all and will be a return customer.
