I got an appointment for the day after I called. Chatten showed up on time, and was more than helpful with some questions and potential changes I had to my order since I didn't realize it would be installing that day. I ended up staying with the unit from the original estimate, and he installed it quickly. Glad to have hot water again. I hope not to have to do this again soon, but if I do I'll call them.
