I scheduled the appointment to rule out a suspected problem with the basement sump pump in my parents aged home. Unfortunately for Greg, the situation at the house was somewhat hostile. I did not tell my parents of the appointment as they are elderly and confused and argumentative (yay for me). Between my Mom arguing and my explaining, Greg gallantly diagnosed the problem and explained everything to us. Then my Mom brought my Dad over and poor Greg had to do the same thing all aver again, which he did with no annoyance and was very thorough. I will do my best to get any repairs done with your company.
