Leila does an excellent job coloring. I was looking forward to getting highlights done by her but we didn't get that far because she screwed up my haircut.
We had a long discussion about what I was hoping to get and she insisted that what I was asking her was wrong, even though I know my hair, the shape of my head and what has worked great in the past.
I wish I listened to my instinct and walked away.
The only good part of the haircut is getting rid if all the unhealthy ends.
My hair is choppy, not blended at all. The ends are way too thick and keep weighing my style down. Something that I stressed I wanted fixed.
I tried my best to give it a chance and tried to style it the way she suggested. But when a haircut is this messed there is not much you can do to fix it.
When I contacted her and asked to to come in to fix it she said I'd have to pay the full amount again!!! Are you kidding me?!
I'm definitely not going back to her.
AND she charged me $45 instead of $35 listed on the website
