They have poorly misscommunicated with a complimentary member who applied for a job and was told they would get an interview and did not hear back and who complimented their staff, suppported their good causes, helped an employee who experienced a medical condition who was a VET and should check out VA Coverage Options, but was told an interview would be offered and there was no professional response and member cancelled their membership! Management is bad and disrespectful!!
