Richard owner and operator of Quality Pools failed to deliver on product and service. I chose to go with Quality Pools to install a new liner and new pump to an existing pool at a home I purchased in December. Richard came to my house and gave me a quote on the work that needed to be done. He promised a good product and service. I got neither. The pool was overfilled 2 times, once while I was out of town which caused major problems with the liner and the vermiculite on the pool floor. He blamed me, the customer for letting the pool overfill. He then gave me a bunch of reasons as to why it couldn't be corrected including drainage issues around the pool. He processed the whole payment on my CC without completing the job properly. He also does not respond to calls or texts in a timely fashion and will say he is coming out and then I never hear from him. He also spoke to me like I was the problem and not the way he was doing business. Overall, it was a terrible choice to go with Quality Pools. I have now had to call out a different pool company and pay more money to try and fix the problems that were created. Including, but not limited to, and air leak in the pump that I was told they would fix but did not. I was also never showed how to properly operate my pool as promised. And last but not least, the majority of the work done on my pool was done after dark with a flashlight. Doesn't seem like a good business decision to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
