Called for an appointment to have someone look at the shut-off valve under my kitchen sink. Nice people from the request for service to the actual call. Rick W and 84 checked under my sink and found no leaks. Suggested getting a new water sensor one came with my dishwasher when it was installed. They also confirmed that my water heater had been installed properly and reassured me that if anything goes wrong with the system that they would handle it. They left a card and asked me to call them right away if I had any problems. They were polite and professional throughout the call. I will call Benjamin Franklin with any future concerns.
