STRANDED ME WITH A 4 MONTH OLD BABY by canceling my reservation I’d had for months, less than 3 hours before check in because they “overbooked”. They hung up on me when I called to complain. Then when my attorney called back, they lied and said it was “due to maintenance”. They said that my being stranded was "not [their] problem", "at least we didn't charge you for the room", and "it is not as if you were in the room already and we threw you out".
