I'm one of those guys who has to be convinced of anything, so all those times my wife said I needed a hearing aid just went in one ear and out the other ;) until I finally gave in and went for a test. Well wasn't I surprised to see with my own eyes the results of the test showing I was REALLY hard of hearing in the upper registers on both ears. Rachel is both professional and easy to talk with. She explained the results of the test and my options. She explained the reasons behind her recommendations and even let me try out a hearing aid like the ones she was recommending. The hearing aids were ordered and actually arrived quite quickly. I really like the fact that all followup visits and all batteries are included in the price for the entire warranty period.
