The salon is chaotic and unorganized. They misplaced my previous hair piece which I had left to have worked on. In over 2.5 months, no work was performed on it. Instead, they labeled it and put it back into their stock. They are suppose to credit me $270 and they won't do it. Pillar and Connie are suppose to work with me on the medical billing and they are incredibly unresponsive. When I first came here over a year ago, I was truly thankful to Connie and Rebecca for helping into a piece as my hair loss is permanent. Rebecca is no longer there, which is a great loss. But now when I came in to have my hair piece worked on and purchased a new one, I have got a run around. Its hard to get an appointment, they do not pick up there phone. When you go in, its rushed, and all I hear is we are busy. I will no longer be a patron of this establishment. Very disheartening.
