AC went out in July, had already done my home work and had 3 quotes to compare. Called Mountain Valley to get on their schedule and got a date 1.5 weeks out. Asked for priority should a cancelation occur. Received a call next day and install moved up to two days so they could order equipment. On day of install the installers showed up on time and were well prepared for the job. Performed installation in <8 hours and kept us up to date throughout the day. Cleaned up after themselves and of course, we have air conditioning again.
