This message has to do with waste and recycling pickup, or should I write MISSED pickup AGAIN! I contracted with Peninsula in mid-June. My containers have been out at street side since before sunset last night. By 11 today I noticed that neighbors in my community of Lochwood appeared to have their recycling picked up. I called at 11 and then again after noon and spoke to Merish and clearly explained that I expect my recycling to be picked up TODAY. What a disappointment to arrive home at 4:55 to see that it was NOT picked up. I immediately called but went to VM where I left a message. And not even a courtesy call from Peninsula explaining why. Bad, bad. bad service and customer service! Now I wait for my call back by 9 a.m. tomorrow. Can't even put my disappointment in to words.
